About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Mel and I'm looking to rent out a room in my rental unit. I work full time during the week supporting seniors and people living with disabilities, very chill and not home a lot. Keep a clean and tidy house where everyone does there bit to help out. I have one other approved occupant, he works week on week off in mining. I have 2 undercover parks, one i use and the other is used week on/week off. We are both in our early 40's, definitely not a party house. Enjoy socialising but definitely like our quiet time. Smoke/vape is outside only. Both of us enjoy cooking and the occasional drink. Looking for a male/female like minded that is currently working and has atleast 1 reference. As the rental is through a real estate, they need to do their checks. Would only need to be listed as an approved occupant and not a tenant.
