We have a 3 bedroom home with the best neighbours that we’d like to share with someone that is going to fit our home as it’s way too quiet without our grandson and daughter.

We ask of you that you are working, respectful, friendly with good housemate educate like cleaning up after yourself, we are all adults and aren’t your housemaids.

We aren’t partying type of people but we do appreciate a beer after work, we stick to ourselves and would ask respectfully for our housemate to be the same.

We are in our 50’s so same age group would be appreciated, but not an absolute.
No doubt I will give you a free feed to you every now and again.
$300 pw this room has a queen bed the bed is firm hence the reason for the cushy topper it has a fan, block out curtains and a builtin wardrobe, we can provide you with other necessities if needed such as dooner, bedside table, linen etc, rent includes your wifi, electricity, gas and water, short term long term not a problem.

Aircon in main lounge, 1 bathroom 1 toilet, washing machine and dryer here, parking in carport, smokers are fine, obviously outside only, we have a massive veranda so plenty of space.
