About the property
Free gym membership is included in the rent price (valued at $30 per week). It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Coles from the apartment. There is a cafe, swimming pool and gym inside the complex and two large sports fields close by.
It’s a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and the location is ideal being only 15 mins to Coolangatta and 35 mins to Byron Bay.
You’ll have your own bathroom and balcony and the bedroom can be furnished (double bed) or unfurnished at your preference. Water is also included in the rent but electricity is not.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with myself and my 6 year old Dachshund. I’m 27, working as a Bush Regenerator currently and have a degree in Environmental Science. Love the beach, surfing, gym, bushwalking and playing guitar in my spare time.
I’m looking for a chill housemate of similar age and interests who is working or studying full time, is clean, respectful and a non-smoker. I enjoy occasional chats and shared dinners from time to time but am respectful of space as well.
Unfortunately I’m not moving into the place until 30th January so no inspections can be arranged before then. However, I have lived in another one of these apartments previously and can answer any questions you may have about the place or location. Happy to meet you beforehand to see if we vibe as well.
