Charming little cottage, close to the shops, around the corner from Potter's Brewery, and on a big block.

I'm easy going by nature, a solicitor by degree and run a business full time. I work 6-7 days a week. I'm out almost everyday and rarely at home all day. When I'm not working I'm active and often walking my dogs, the gym, fishing or socialising. I'm a gentle, respectful person. I can be engaging and social but generally quiet and busy doing admin - I often work into the evenings. I'm very respectful of personal space.

I love a chat about pretty much anything - business, fitness, nutrition, footy etc. I'm happy to have a chat but also happy to leave you alone!

The room for rent is fairly large. The rent is $265 + $50 per week for bills. I think this is fair in the current market.

There is a double garage that is fairly full but I can move things around to accommodate some storage. The yard is very large and has a front deck. I'm currently installing a patio/pergola and then I'll be converting the garage into a grannyflat and moving in there.

I don't mind a drink and a laugh now and then! Don't threaten me with a good time.

I have two dogs, Bhoundie and Penny - Kelpie and tiny Cattledog. Both are great companions and love a pat so being a dog person is critical. I need someone I can trust with them when I'm away.
