It’s only a 3 minute walk to the new Charlemont shopping centre that is now open which has a Woolworths, Gym, Chemist etc. It is 13 minutes from Bancoora beach, 10 minutes from Torquay, 5 minutes from Waurn Ponds and next to Belmont, Grovedale and is apart of Armstrong creek. The traffic is much more convenient due to being next to Barwon heads road and the ring road not being far away.

I’m 27 and live a pretty active lifestyle. I play and coach footy, work at a high school, and in my spare time I’m usually at the gym, the club, or the beach. I also run a small support work business and I’m studying to be a secondary teacher, so I keep fairly busy. I’ve got an almost 2 year old dog called Vinny, he’s super friendly and loves people.
