We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to take over a room in our 3 bed, 2 bath home. Rent is $756 per month, bills not included.
You’ll be living with an easy-going couple l One of us studies and works part-time and the other works full-time. The house has a relaxed, respectful vibe and is kept clean in a quiet neighbourhood in Charlemont.
We also have one friendly cat, so you’ll need to be okay with pets 🐱.
The lease runs until early April, so we’re ideally looking for someone who can commit until then.
