Quiet Room Available in Peaceful, Mould-Free Home – Clunes
Partly furnished bedroom available in a clean, tidy home. Room includes a brand new bed and mattress (bring your own linen). There’s also a lock-up shed for secure vehicle parking and some space available for storage.
The house is fully furnished however you’ll need to bring your own fridge.
This is a quiet, early-to-bed, early-to-rise household, ideal for someone who values peace and a relaxed environment.
The home is mould-free, chemical-free and low-fragrance, with no smoking or drugs.
I live with chronic fatigue syndrome, so the house is kept peaceful and low-stress. Air conditioning is used regularly for health reasons, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that.
You’ll also be sharing the space with two friendly cats, so being an animal lover is a must 🐾
Sorry no more pets allowed unfortunately.
$400 per week includes all household bills and shared costs:
electricity, gas, lawn mowing, and household supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).
