There is also a TV in the bedroom with access to Netflix/ Stan etc. WiFi is reliable and included in rental cost.

Great kitchen upstairs with gas cooktop/electric oven and dish washer. Dining/kitchen leads out to a deck with small gas bbq and fantastic views across the valley.

There is a lounge room with slow combustion fire (in winter). Also, board games and diverse assortment of books for the avid reader.

Walk to the Clunes store/Cafe/ bottle shop/ butcher/ petrol station/ book shop/ yoga studio/ hairdresser, tennis club. Eltham country pub 5 min drive; 10 mins to Bangalow, 15 mins Lismore, 25 mins to beaches at Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Lennox Head and Ballina.

Unlimited WiFi Netflix available.

The home is not a party house and looking for a mature employed female.
