Note: There are 2 rooms listed but only 1 room will be tenanted and it will be the flatmates choice of the Queen room at $400pw or the King room with ensuite and private office at $500pw.

Suit employed person working external or wfh and anyone completing their 88 day regional work visa.

On upper level a King furnished bedroom with walk in robe, block out blinds, private door to timber deck with beautiful views to the garden and valley across Clunes. The King room has an ensuite wirh shower & toilet. Also, there is another toilet/wc off the kitchen/dining room.
There is also a TV in the bedroom with access to Netflix/ Stan etc. WiFi is reliable and included in rental cost.

Lower level a Queen furnished room with built in robes and a shared bathroom with a shower & spa bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

Also, on lower level there is a lounge/rumpus area with a comfy lounge & large screen television. The kitchenette is also on this level and is equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, toaster/kettle etc.

For cooking there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop/electric oven and dish washer. Dining/kitchen leads out to a deck with small gas bbq and fantastic views across the valley.

There is also another lounge room with slow combustion fire (in winter). Also, board games and diverse assortment of books for the avid reader.

Walk to the Clunes store/Cafe/ bottle shop/ butcher/ petrol station/ book shop/ yoga studio/ hairdresser, tennis club. Eltham country pub 5 min drive; 10 mins to Bangalow, 15 mins Lismore, 25 mins to beaches at Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Lennox Head and Ballina.

The home is not a party house and looking for a mature employed person.
