I'm an easy going person. I work mon-fri daytime hours. My daughter Charlie has her own room, she's with me 50% of the time we do week on week off. I enjoy staying fit and working on projects around home.

The house is 4 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is a small spare room with bed, can have friends or family stay over if needed. Happy to do some cook ups for each other or other social things every now and then.

Close to the lovely boat ramp reserve thats also an epic sunset spot.

Female only due to having a little girl. Don't expect you to help in anyway looking after her. She's at daycare most days during the week and on the weekends we do a bit of everything.

The available room only has a small wardrobe, has brand new aircon and a fan. It's quite a large room so would fit a bed with some more wardrobes or a desk or something.

Heaps of space in the garage to store things like bikes/surfboards etc.

Price includes internet and all bills.
