My lovely house in Coolamon is located a 10 minute walk from local businesses and a great Cafe is only down the road. It is about 25 minutes from CSU university and the Wagga CBD isn’t too much further than that. I have recently down some renovations to the house including a new bathroom and kitchen, new carpet and a fresh coat of paint. The block is 1/4 acres, perfect for a dog however I’d appreciate if your dog isn’t a digger. I am planning on getting a big ol shed in the back yard too for activities and storage! Also, there is a Spa for you to help yourself to!! You will be sharing with one other person who only stays for his work shift and then heads home for 5 days each week.
