Looking for a clean, reliable housemate in their early-mid 30s to join us in our stunning brand-new 4-bedroom home in peaceful Cotswold Hills (postcode 4350). We’re a couple in our early 30s, laid-back and respectful, enjoying a quiet lifestyle with our two friendly Ragdoll cats.
Rent Details:
• $204 per week (bills not included – utilities split equally 3 ways)
• Option to be added to the lease or as an approved occupant (happy to discuss)
About the Room & House:
• Your own private large bathroom (shower, toilet, and bath!)
• Huge, unfurnished bedroom (bring your own bedroom furniture – everything else in the house is provided)
• Fully furnished modern home with all brand-new appliances and fittings – we’re the first tenants!
• Dedicated gaming room/home theatre with massive smart TV, unlimited fast NBN internet, and streaming services (or connect your own)
