About the property
The house is in a beautiful estate in Cotswold Hills, Toowoomba and is a relatively new build. It is divided into two halves with my room/ensuite on one side and the two others sharing the other half with a shared bathroom and toilet. We are very close to shops and takeaway and only a short drive to the centre of town. The house is furnished but the two rooms are not, however I refurbish furniture and would be happy to help supply anything needed. There is plenty of room in the driveway for off street parking.
