About the flatmates
Residents are F (50), F (20), F (19), and a kitty cat (9 mths). The youngsters work full time, and I work from Mon-Wed and mostly spend the remainder of the week in Sydney.
We are pretty easygoing household. I make dinner early in the week, but food is mostly an individual affair. All bills are included, including unlimited wifi and lawn maintenance. We aren’t a party household (but don’t mind guests), watch too much television, and spend a fair bit of time in our bedrooms.
We’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to make a share house work. For me, this means being considerate of shared spaces, communicating about issues, and respecting the importance of paying rent on time.
