About the property
I built my home in 2022 on a quiet block, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It’s a kilometer from the beach and about 10 mins from the local supermarket, with a corner store nearby, and about 15 mins from the hospital. The home is surrounded by lush gardens and includes large outdoor deck with outdoor fireplace and fire pit down at the gardens, and BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE - SHORT STAY ONLY as I host students (4 weeks minimum and 12 weeks maximum) and would suit students completing placements in Hervey Bay, or working professionals who have a contract in Hervey Bay.

Hi, I’m Melanie and I live a quiet and peaceful (sometimes busy) life. I work full time, Monday to Friday and have a gorgeous staffy who keeps me company. My spare time is spent with family, friends and Zen (the staffy). My downtime is very important as life can get hectic. I love cooking and spending time in the yard. I love reading and also watching movies and the occasional TV series.
