About the flatmates
Single mum with two daughters aged 12 and almost 9. I have my girls fortnightly and the house has become to big for me when I’m home alone.
Currently renting out three bedrooms. All on the same middle floor with access to the main door. Shared bathroom with shower and bath tub. Laundry areas as well as two living areas allowing us to live comfortably together.
I’m looking for females only due to having young children. I’m open to pets as well.
I do not have a fence but do not mind a pet that lives indoors.
We have a cat by the name Grace. She’s both an indoor and outdoor cat and tends to keep to herself.
