About the property
We have an outdoor area, garden and heated pool. We are 4 minutes away from Dalyellup shopping center, 6 minutes to Bunbury hospital and the Southwest sports center. In the shopping centre there is a Woolworths and soon a Coles too. Also, there is a cafe, hairdresser, nail salon, fast food restaurants and a pub. We live in a quiet area with great neighbors.
In the room there is a queen size bed, a 32 inch smart tv, large chested drawers, desk, build in robe, a bar fridge and a ceiling fan. In winter a heated blanket and a heated throw will be provided.
The rent includes all bills, assess to Netflix, daily household items such as toilet paper, laundry/dishwashing detergent, etc. The rent also covers the cleaning of the house, maintenance of the pool and garden. The tenant is only responsible for the cleanliness of the room and cleaning up the kitchen after use. Every 3 months I will offer a deep clean to the room which will include shampoo of the carpet which is included in the rent.
