From the 13th September at a Rate of 250$ per week for a single person male or female should either person have a partner then that would be open for negotiation.

Is a smaller room with a double rode with its own semi ensuite and shared toilet nice private and quiet as it’s at the rear of the house.

At the advertised rate of $250. 00 per week excluding expenses .

The rooms available would be perfect for a single person male or female but also ideal for a couple the room rate advertised is for a single individual not a couple but that’s open for negotiation

The criteria for the incoming housemates are as follows you must be employed full time if your a single individual or a couple you both must be employed full time in any position including nursing staff male or female, tradies male or female or someone who’s been transferred for work purposes this would be ideal.
Not excluding police fire ambulance or adf staff.
