I am living in a 3 bedroom upstairs house with my daughter. Ideally seeking someone with a child (as I know how challenging it is to get rentals when you have children) , an elderly person (female),

If an elderly female pensioner or part time worker $200.00 per week

The house is not flash on the outside however I have done it up to look nice inside which is great because it deters people away from the home (break ins etc).
