There will be a room available at $350 per week (power bills only) from 23rd February 2026. No sharing of room or can we accommodate couples. Thank you.

note $5 each week is required to pay for your share (between all tenants) of all general purpose expenses (toilet rolls, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, sponge, wipes, paper towels, hand wash) unless you wish to buy your own.

Optional - For Netflix and high speed internet, an extra $10 per week is payable.
This is to be discussed with the other tenants living there.

Please note this is not a party house and smokers are to be respectful to the other flatmates. Visitors cannot stay overnight and have to leave by 10pm. If you have guests, they should not be intruding to the other tenants while using the facilities.

The room has a built-in ward robe, bedside table and lamb and a queen bed. It has its own sliding door that opens to the main balcony where you can see the photos attached. The room includes a reverse split system and a fan.

This immaculate flat is located in the heart of Darwin city in close proximity to the library, CDU Waterfront, Smith St mall, Bus interchange, courts, Deckchair cinema, Parliament house, the jetty, the Wharf and the Waterfront.

We are lucky to have this fully furnished flat that includes:
- an open plan kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, full length pantry, dishwasher, air fryer and a 2 French door fridge with its own ice making machine.
- a dining room with cinema style lounge to relax or read a book with plenty natural light.
- huge living room leading to the balcony, with 65 inches smart tv. You can enjoy the Waterfront, East Arm and Wharf views from the living room with a vast ocean. We see the best sunrises and can simultaneously enjoy the colours of Darwin's sunset over the waterfront.
- we are located on a very high floor where access is limited to only 3 units. FOB access to all common areas such as lift, main door, storeroom, basement.
- the bluest pool with outdoor shower, visitor car park space for up to 2 hours, off street parking free after 5pm and on weekends.

You will be sharing with 2 persons both professional full-time workers who are rarely home except on the weekend and after hours. There is one separate toilet and bathroom to be shared with the one guy. Your house mates are fun to live with and will sometimes offer to take a stroll to the wharf or waterfront. We usually eat dinner together like a family when time permits.

Please note cleaning duties of the common areas such as kitchen, living room, dining area, the balcony and the main bathroom will have to be equally shared among the 3 of you to keep the flat clean and tidy.
