The unit is two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite (including yours). There is a separate laundry/toilet, and a well-sized living area and balcony. It has underground security parking with two spots (one of which is yours). It is located on the Corner of Woods and Daly Street and is therefore very close to anything you need.

I have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight. She is excellent.

We can organise $380/wk without bills or have bills-inclusive rate.

I am open to couples, however at an increased rental price.
