The apartment is huge - 185sqm so there’s plenty of space. It’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so the main bathroom is all yours. There is an extra bedroom for visitors or for mixed use if you need extra space. Your room is unfurnished, possibly negotiable for the right person and there is a secure underground carpark.

I just moved in a year ago so almost everything is brand new - couch, washing machine, fridge with ice and water dispenser and 75 inch TV. The house is fully equipped with a coffee machine, plates glasses etc. There are stools at the breakfast bar and a table and chairs on the balcony. We have gorgeous water views and it’s a great spot to watch the storms roll in.

My (our) home is my sanctuary- I’m not super anal but I expect you to respect our space and property and keep it clean. I’m pretty relaxed, if there’s a loaf of bread in the fridge help yourself to a slice but ask or replace it if you want to eat the whole thing. Mutual respect and communication are key!

Single person only, age 30+, preferably female. I am looking for an awesome housemate to join me in this awesome apartment and make it our home, so while I understand no one can predict the future, please don’t message me if you know you’re only looking for something short term.

Rent is $350 per week, excluding internet ($42.50 per month) and electricity, which will be split between us. Water is paid by the body corporate.

I have a cleaner that comes weekly at a cost of $50 each, which eliminates 90% of housemate issues over who does more cleaning!

Bond is 4 weeks rent = $1400
