I am the owner of my apartment and I am looking for someone to rent my spare room to help me pay for my mortgage.

All bills included as well as Stan and Netflix but you will have to pay half the internet ($50 ea a month)

I do not want couples or your significant other to be staying over in your room. Conditions would be you are to stay at theirs.

The apartment is fully furnished where you can use all areas of the space including access to all amenities, we have a gym and pool in the building, you will just need to bring your bedroom with you + towels. I do have a queen size frame in storage however.

You will have your own carpark in a basement with garage remote and fob.

Expectation is we go halves in buying bulk toilet rolls and dish and laundry detergent to reduce excess space but also happy if you are not up for that.
You would buy your own food and have a freezer and fridge section.
You would be responsible for cleaning your bedroom and bathroom and I would clean the common areas.

I have two Chihuahuas, Loki and Lola and they are the sweetest pooches so it is expected you would be a dog lover and not mind them up on furniture or dog hair around the apartment here and there. They are toilet trained.

I am in a relationship with a female who lives in another country so at times I may go overseas and I would expect that you can care and love for the dogs when I am absent - I will notify you prior to of course.

I am a clean up as you go person however I don’t mind if you can’t be assed washing your dishes for a day or so.

My ideal room mate is someone who does not smoke cigarettes as I really do not like the smell of it.

I work shift work so I’ll working 3/4 weekends a month.

I am a really easy going person and I just want to find someone where I can continue living comfortable within my space.
