About the flatmates
We are a household of three and our current housemate of two years is having to leave due to family circumstances and we are looking for a replacement.
The room is sort of a granny flat, where you have your own entrance, private bathroom and mini fridge. However, the kitchen will be shared in the main house.
Electricity bill will be divided equally amongst all occupants of the house, all other bills covered in the rent.
