About the flatmates
The listing is for a room in a 3 bedroom flat. (Like to reserve the front bedroom for guests).
It was initially just me and my partner (Jay) but he will be stepping into work in NSW for the year. We are currently saving for a home so that is the reason for the grind.
That means the space will be shared with just myself (Bree).
I work at the uni 9-5 but use to do shift work so understand the need for sleep on nightshifts. Both of us are respectful and have lived in share houses before this for many years.
Not a party house but no worries about social gatherings.
It will be shared bathroom/shower in the upstairs space. There is an additional toilet downstairs.
Furnished bedroom, linen can be provided.
Large desk in room but can be removed.
Kitchen fully kitted. Stand mixer, baking supplies etc.
