The house is a two-storey townhouse with the living, dining and kitchen downstairs, along with a laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the main bathroom. There’s also a lovely patio out the back that’s great for relaxing. The kitchen is well set up, with a gas stove and dishwasher. There’s a garage, plus secure off-street parking inside a gated area in front of the house.
One minute walk from the beach, which you can see from our front door! It’s also:
~15min walk to Fannie Bay shops
~10min drive to the city and Nightcliff
~15min drive to Casuarina
The available room is the Bedroom 3 on the floorplan and will be unfurnished. The furniture shown in the listing photos belongs to the real estate agent, not us. Lilly has some furniture for the shared living spaces, so the common areas will be set up, but you’ll need your own bedroom furniture.
Rent is $245 per week, with a bond of $980. Water is included, and electricity, gas and internet will be shared. The lease starts on 14 January, and we’ll be moving in between 14–18 January.

Lilly (28) and Jacqueline (27) are both relatively new to Darwin (been here 3-6 months). We’re social and friendly and enjoy hanging out over a beer/wine, dinner or going to the markets together
Jacqueline works in health research, is completing her masters, loves cooking, plays netball, runs and enjoys yogas. Keen to get back into camping when the dry season returns and can be found at the pub on a Sunday afternoon sketching cute dogs she meets.
Lilly works as a lawyer and is also studying a graduate diploma. She loves learning new things from different people. At home she enjoys gym in mornings, running, yoga and spending time with friends on the weekend.
