The house is a gorgeous 70's mid-century style double story house with a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a balcony, salt water pool, lush tropical garden (gardener included), bar, outdoor laundry.. honestly the list goes on, we love this house!
The master bedroom is a large L-shaped room with a study (built in desk), ensuite and huge amount of storage. This is the only room downstairs with a dedicated parking spot included with the room. A queen bed can come with the room if needed.

We are four friends (two couples) who have just scored a great house in Fannie Bay! We're looking to fill the downstairs master bedroom with a couple or single.
Liv P (she/her): can be found cooking Ottolenghi masterpieces at home, catching a Cas beach sunset, or unironically ticking off Les Mills bingo card at Nightcliff Fitnessworks
Liv B (she/her): loves scuba diving, puzzles, squash, and a good tv show/movie
Moshe (5mo old Cocker Spaniel): king of the household, master of our hearts, a good boy (mostly)
Whitney (she/they): sporty spice, freak for the creek, loves a bike ride, can't remember an idiom to save their live
En (they/them): serial hobbyist, loves the outdoors, is always fixing something
We're a close-nit, friendly household and are looking for a kind, considerate person/people who are queer/trans friendly, and also likes dogs.
