Looking to rent out a room in a 3 three bedroom home.

Room currently has a queen bed, 2 side tables and built in robe. Can remove furniture if not needed.

The spare room will be left vacant for the occasional guest (family and friends interstate). This goes both ways!

It’s just me and my two greyhounds here, not a party house as I work 6 days a week.

Looking for a housemate that enjoys the house as our own privacy and sanctuary. Also not against a wine/beer and yarn outside or in the pool when both feeling it.

Other pets will be considered as long as no issues with the greyhounds.

Big block, so plenty of space for cars/boats whatever else with a massive wrap around carport.

Slobs need not apply.

About the flatmates

Hello! It’s just myself (Maria) and my two retired Greyhounds Crispy & Codagh. We live a pretty simple life that’s low maintenance.
I work a lot and enjoy my down time. When I’m not working I’m either in the garden, reading or having a beer with mates.
I like the keep the house as my private space and don’t often have many guests over.
I travel interstate to catch up with family and friends and enjoy camping in the dry season!

If you’ve never met a Greyhound, don’t be fooled. They are VERY lazy and sleep probably 23 hours a day.🤣 They are not active dogs and really not all that cuddly either so will give you space 99% of the time. Although, a pat is always welcomed and you will be greeted happily everyday!!
