About the flatmates
I’m a 31 year old male and have a room free in a 3 bedroom house. I work full time and looking for someone who is clean and happy to help around the place with chores but enjoys a quiet drink on the weekend. Note that a cleaner comes around every fortnight and lawn is mowed by a gardener. Understand everyone needs their own space but if we get along, it would be great. Open to couples but would need to negotiate rate. Also potentially looking at renting both spare rooms which are identical in size.
