You’d be renting a private bedroom in a great apartment located in Larrakeyah, NT, conveniently located between Darwin CBD and Cullen Bay.
The room is equipped with a queen bed, side tables and built in wardrobe. You will have access to your own bathroom, with a shower and bath. This bathroom is also used as the main bathroom when guests come over.
The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out (the master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms), with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable open-plan living and lounge area, a large balcony for entertaining, and an internal laundry (washer and dryer) facilities.
The building itself is secure with lift access from a secure entrance. Car parking will be on-street, however it is a safe neighbourhood with lots of neighbours doing the same. The location is excellent; within walking distance to the CBD, Mindil beach, cafes, restaurants, and local transport. You’ll enjoy both a comfortable private space and a social, well-located home.

About the flatmates
I (30F) work a standard 9–5 office job, and my partner (25M) works in aviation so his schedules can vary. We’re pretty easygoing. We often are busy on the weekends, going on adventures, camping or socialising with friends. During the week we often enjoy relaxing at home.
We are looking for someone who is easygoing and easy to have a chat with and will be clean and respectful of our home.
Unfortunately we are unable to take pets in our apartment.
