About the property
Hi all!
We will have a room available in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Parap. It is in a great location, just a short walk from the Parap markets! Our current housemate is moving out in the first week of February, although the room may be available prior to that! You will be living with me (Emma) and my partner Aiden. We have the third bedroom that we keep empty as a spare room/study. You would have the main bathroom to yourself. There is also a pool in the complex.
The apartment is fully furnished, aside from the bedroom which is currently unfurnished. However we have a queen bed, bedside tables, a desk and bookshelf in the spare room, which we are happy to move if you don’t have furniture and are looking for a furnished room :)
There is one car space in the garage, and then plenty of on street parking in the area.
$300 for a single, or $400 for a couple 😊 We also just split the power/internet bills.

About the flatmates
Hi! My partner and I have a 3 bedroom apartment in Parap. We are looking for someone/couple to fill one room, and then keep a room empty as a study/spare room.
Aiden and I both work full time in the city. We absolutely love to cook, play sport, and enjoy getting out camping/travelling when we can! Aiden plays guitar, I love to bake (sourdough is my recent obsession). We are both very chill, and value living in a clean, tidy apartment and making it a calm space to unwind after work.
