About the property
The room is currently furnished with a double bed and desk (these can be removed if you have your own furniture), and you'll have a bathroom all to yourself. The apartment is furnished, kitchen is kitted out, and there's heaps of fridge space for two. The apartment is well located in Parap; the tavern and shopping village are a two minute walk away, there are three bus routes within a five minute stroll, the pool is less than ten, and the Ski/Sailing/Trailer Boat Club are less than fifteen. You'll also have your own secure car park, and there's a private storage locker on-site. Big lounge room/dining room and balcony, ideal for dinner parties. There's plenty of room to grow your own plants on the balcony - anything to help hide all my own botanical fatalities.

About the flatmates
Heyo - I'm Ryan, 30yo man, an archaeologist working full-time for the NTG, and looking for a new flatmate to join me in Parap.
I'm relaxed, and pretty easy to live with. I enjoy sharing cooking and a meal, but tend not to be much of a party machine during the week. Weekends are usually the time for an excursion, generally to a waterfall or for a bushwalk. I swim and sail regularly, and you'll generally get the apartment to yourself a few days every month while I'm away for work. I'm very relaxed about guests and visitors staying as well, and the couch folds into a queen bed for this.
Final notes: you'll be put on the official lease with real estate, just for everyone's peace of mind. Rent is $300 a week, and includes internet and power.
