About the flatmates
3 people in their early 20s who enjoy a tidy home and backyard. We enjoy hanging out together, watching movies, swimming in the pool and going out for social drinks on the weekends. It’s a very chill house environment, we love having a yarn but also do our thing when we want to. 1 couple and 1 person living here. We are all very close and looking for someone to join our family! Preferably looking for another woman to rent the room to balance the house dynamic, we are all very friendly, social, accepting and open people. LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️🌈
We have 1 dog called Maple who loves cuddles and is very well trained. So if you love dogs this place is perfect for you.
Bills are split evenly, we pay for power, water, wifi, pool chemicals. Bills are monthly. We have solar panels so the power bill is cheaper.
House chores are done on a rotating basis, you must contribute to this as we have had trouble in the past with previous housemates.
Our current lease is to June 2026 with the possibility of extending.
