I understand the idea of living above your landlord is perceivably a major flaw in an otherwise ideal living arrangement, however it is far better in reality.

Lex (landlord) is a very sweet, elderly man who has strange waking hours and routines but is completely harmless.

About the house:

Located rapidly creek. There are two large, furnished rooms available; one with ensuite. Ensuite is $350 pw for single or $450 if couple. Second bedroom is $300 pw.

The kitchen is extremely basic (microwave oven thing, induction stove). The rooms are ideal, both with aircon/fans which open onto a balcony, overlooking a private and established rainforest garden and pool.

At the moment there isn’t anyone living at the house except Lex. I used to live here and for some reason still manage Lex’s assets.
