A great unit in Stuart Park, only a few minutes to the city and waterfront and a 15-minute drive to Casuarina and the suburbs

You’ll have your own room, and the bathroom is all your own apart from when guests are over. The room has aircon, fan and a big inbuilt mirrored robe with heaps of storage space.

The unit is cosy with a big dining table, huge (mega comfy) couch and a big flat screen. You’re welcome to use the PS5 as well and any of the streaming platforms/entertainment, board games and the like

The kitchen is shared/communal and of course you’re welcome to use any of the cutlery/appliances you want

There is a large balcony with outdoor seating as well as plants (you’re welcome to bring any plant babies you have too)

The complex has a security buzzer entry, elevator, pool, and the available parking bay is off street, undercover with a gate remote access. There is also room in the car park unit store room if you need space to throw camping gear and the like.

The street is very safe, no break ins since I’ve lived here, and right near the Dinah Beach Yacht Club and there's a small independent convenience store a few minutes walking distance.
