This is a room for rent only, already furnished so best suited to someone who doesn’t have too much stuff.
Car parking is on the street, undercover parking available for a bicycle/scooter.
This is a vegetarian only household i.e. no meat in the house so vegetarian strongly preferred.
Non-smokers only please and unfortunately no space for a couple.
All bills including unlimited high speed internet are included in the rent.
