The apartment is right next to the Botanic Gardens so it's very quiet and looks onto trees. The gardens are great to go for walks in or chill under the trees. There's a great pool area in the complex as well. The place is fully equipped and the second bedroom is furnished. Price is not including bills but if you wanted to include bills it would be $300
The real estate agent requires any occupants to be added to and sign the lease. The lease is currently valid until April 2026

About the flatmates
I'm Ben and I work from home, although I'm not always at home. Am 47, and have been in Darwin for 2.5 years. I'm pretty easy going. Love the outdoors, trips to Litchfield, camping and am often by the water around sunset. I enjoy company but am also ok chilling by myself.
