About the property
Cosy home in a quiet street. You will be sharing with 2 other females. One is a full time nurse approx mid-late 20s and the other works full time in retail also mid to late 20's. Looking for someone quiet and respectful. I (the owner) live next door so i keep the lawns and garden maintained. Wifi is included. You will share the bathroom with one of the other girls. There is a Large undercover deck / outdoor area. Parking in Driveway (Garage is out of use). Central heating. $220/ week plus bills. Walking distance to Dennington Woolworths. There is also a house cat who comes and goes.
