About the property
My place is near new (built in 2022). Currently renting the two spare rooms out with one person moving soon. You would share the main bathroom and have shared use of the kitchen and living areas (two lounge rooms). There is multiple TVs with most streaming channels included.
The bedroom comes with built in wardrobes and a queen bed.
Internet and all bills are included.
Looking for a female (as sharing bathroom with current female housemate) for 2-6 months or so at this stage but can be flexible with timeframes.

About the flatmates
One of the current housemates is moving out in mid Feb so will be looking for another housemate from mid Feb to share with myself and another female.
I enjoy a little bit of everything from sport, movies/shows, gaming (video/card/board) and more.
I like to be social but also enjoy my own space so I like my house to be a quiet place to go home at the end of the day. I’ve lived with housemates on and off for many years so am used to sharing and different dynamics.
Preference is for a female housemate as will be sharing the bathroom with another female.
