About the property

House is a 4 bedroom, the intent is to only rent out 3 beds. We have solar in the house so bills should be reasonable aswell. Its a fairly relaxed home where the only real expectation is to clean up after yourself and pay bills on time, other than that most things are flexible and chill
Our preference would definitely be to find someone we gel with and someone who enjoys being social and taking a part in activities and doing stuff over the weekends etc. Both me and my roommates are 23y/o engineers working a 9 - 5. I play a fair bit of tennis so would definitely like another tennis player. Please let me know about your hobbies and interests etc.
