This is a "boarding house" sort of set up. I am the Property Manager Ray Clout from Property Circle TAS in Devonport Tasmania. There is a minimum stay of 2 months per room.
There is a lounge room, dining room, laundry and kitchen all shared and common areas. Rooms are individually rented with lockable doors. There will be a cleaner for the common areas once a month but cleaning per room is the responsibility of the occupant. The property is fully furnished and so is each room. Couples are welcome at an additional $50 per week.
There is off-street parking to the rear of the building per room and the driveway is shared.
This building is in the heart of the Devonport CBD, close to shops and restaurants. There are house rules all occupants and visitors need to follow including to keep common areas clean and safe.
