The property is located approx. 15 mins out of town on the east tamar river. The views are absolutely amazing! And the whole property is covered in trees and flowers and wildlife! There is plenty of veggie garden space too if thats your vibe 🍅 🥔 Upstairs is the kitchen, lounge, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. You'll only be sharing the bathroom space with me as the housemate downstairs has their own bathroom. The downstairs room and ensuite will be leased for 3 months from Feb to may, but if you'd like to change rooms after they leave then happy to discuss ☺️
