Hi, this is a lovely place to live. The house is close to the beach with bush views, only 5 minutes walk to the surf and local cafe in Dodges Ferry.

Open plan living with lots of sun, plenty of room for your own veggie patch and you can relax in the garden listening to the waves .

The house has a wood heater with north facing windows, so it's cosy and warm all winter. There is lots of storage for all your adventure gear.

You can watch the sunset from the deck and even see the southern lights on a clear night.
