The house has a heatpump to stay warm but also a wood heater to feel the irreplaceable heat of a wood fire. It has a comfortable outdoor area with a well-stablished native garden and outdoor patio.
Bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room with a separate tv/ reading room to retreat are shared.
Dodges Ferry doesn't have town water so we all have water tanks instead. Water use conscience is a most and therefore the cost of each water delivery will be shared. This is not included in the rent

I'm a female full- time worker and in my final year of nursing studies. I like to be busy and have fun in live, play many sports when I have a spare moment, and love a good laugh. I like to have social time with my flatmate but overall, a quiet flatmate is preferred due to my study commitments that will start from late February. I am currently only offering short term stay for that reason. No couples, pets are negotiable but no cats
