To move in, you will need to:
- Complete a Rooming Accommodation Fixed Term
Agreement (minimum stay: 26 weeks)
- Read and agree to the house rules
- Pay a bond equal to 4 weeks’ rent; after all
documents are signed, we will show you how to
lodge your bond online with the Residential
Tenancies Authority (RTA).
- Pay 2 weeks’ rent in advance

- Residents must maintain a high standard of cleanliness, be willing to do the cleaning roster and demonstrate strong independence in daily living.
