About the flatmates
The people you would be sharing with are:
Bedroom 1: Gaia and Franco - a mature young couple in their 20’s from Italy who are working in a local cafe and car mechanic shop. Working 6 days pw, from early morning. Into CrossFit and healthy living. They have master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Melyssa - a mature young woman in her 30’s from Brazil who is working at Flavorite Farm from early morning to early afternoon. Into fitness and healthy living.
Bedroom 3: YOU - if you are a mature, happy and healthy person who wants a clean home and nice people to share with then please reach out. We are looking for a single person that cleans up after cooking and preferably doesn’t fry a lot of food. A pet can be considered. There is a cat run attached to the house. You share a bathroom with bed 2 and 4.
Bedroom 4: Michael - a mature professional in his 30’s who works from home. He is also the house manager and ensures everything is running smoothly and oversees the daily kitchen duties such as dishwasher and bins.
I am the owner but am now living elsewhere and will periodically visit to check in on things and deep clean.
Everyone is very chilled and mostly hanging out in their rooms at night after dinner.
The bedrooms are spread out in a way that gives everyone a sense of privacy.
It is the responsibility of each housemate to clean up after cooking and after using the central toilet in respect to everyone else.
Bathroom is shared with bedroom 2 and 4. You will clean the bathroom and toilet once every 3 weeks on the rotating roster.
If you like gardening or maintenance work I would be open to discussing a rental discount in return for your skills.
