Situated on an elevated corner block that overlooks a green nature strip, this home is located just 18 minutes walk (4 minutes drive) from Drouin town centre and 14 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) to the train station. It is a very convenient and peaceful location, with easy access to all local shops, supermarkets and walking trails/bike paths.
The house is new, clean and cosy.
There are 4 x Bedrooms with lockable doors, which gives everyone a sense of privacy.
Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful home that feels like a sanctuary.
Shared spaces include:
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities and lots of storage space.
- One large fridge and walk in pantry space.
- Dishwasher
- Full sized bathroom with shower + bath.
- Separate toilet.
- Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and clothes drying racks.
- $50 is added to the rent to contribute towards expenses, which include the following:
- High speed WIFI.
- Electricity, gas and water.
- Gardening.
- Council rates.
- Home contents insurance.
Total rent is $350 with $50 to go towards bills. You don’t have to worry about anything, apart from vacuuming and dusting your own bedroom and cleaning up after cooking and after using the toilet and bathroom. Plus generally be considerate.
I can offer a double bed base if necessary with Bed 2 & 3 already having TV wall brackets.
