- Rent per week includes gas, water, electricity and NBN internet.

- Each room will have a single bed, side table, chest drawers and large twin cupboards. Heating and cooling fan. Shoe storage outside the room. (See pictures)
- You will have your own fridge and cupboard space and get access to all kitchen items and washing machine.
-I only take rent 2 weeks at a time. You can stay as little or long as you like.

You:
- working full time.
-be over 18 yrs old.
- no smoking( vaping) or drug taking.
- you need to bring your own bed sheets and pillow etc.
- Copies of your Working Holiday Visa, Drivers License, Passports.
