Rent $230.00 per person per room per week including utilities with internet included.
Room rent is paid one week in advance.
There is a 2 week bond payable of $460.00 at the start of the room rental.
The house a comfortable house in Drouin with good neighbours.
One bedroom is available in a house 15-minute walk to the railway station and shops.
I rent out two rooms in the house.
(15 min walk – 5 min drive)
TV in the room plus in main living area and internet available.
The house has a Dishwasher and 2 Air-conditioners in the main living area for Heating & Cooling.
The room is carpeted and has a built-in robe.
To be very clean and tidy and not noisy - considerate of the others living in the house. To be a Non-Smoker with no Vaping or Drug use.
I am close to a large sports recreation area where they play Hockey and Soccer that is a good open area for walking that can take you beside to a lake and small bushland area.
I have 2 very friendly dogs so no pets and a non-smoker please.
If you wish to use the gym equipment, I have set up you are welcome to use it.
About me I'm a keen bushwalker walking once or sometimes twice a week, I live by environmental principles.
My home is respectful, friendly, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen if you like cooking.
