Available room in a tidy 3 bedroom new South Dubbo house. Fair sized bedroom with large build in robe. The house is in a nice, quiet area just down the road from both Southlakes and Orana Mall. I have lived in the house for almost 4 years and love the house and location!
The house has a ducted split system which is efficient and cheap to run. Weekly rent includes WIFI, and bills are split equally three ways when they come in.
