I built this house 10 years ago. I currently have 2 vacant rooms in my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Southlakes Dubbo.
It has plenty of space both inside and out and is full furnished in all areas.

The rent is $400 per week and this includes all bills (NBN, Electricity, Gas, Water and Netflix on the living room TVs.)

You will need to pay 2 weeks rent as bond $800 and 2 weeks rent in advance remaining a week ahead at all times. First week in is covered and last week if moving out.
